This course is designed for children aged 6 to 12yrs. All age groups and sexes can participate together in learning and practicing the sport. Judo provides a lifetime of recreational activity that can be practiced by a healthy individual. Your child will improve self-esteem, body awareness, and learn self-defense techniques.
