This course is designed for children aged 3 1/2yrs to 5yrs. The preschool format uses game-oriented exercises that teach Judo, but is fun for the participants. Progress charts show each child's accomplishments each session. Your child will improve self-esteem, body awareness, and learn self-defense techniques.
